Project assistant in the field of dance and theater education / research assistant (m/f/d) for the project “Kiez in Bewegung / Berlin”
The main aim of our initiative LUNA PARK e.V. is to combine artistic education work with young people, the production of contemporary dance and the promotion of young talent in this field in such a way that synergies are created that benefit all these fields of work. We are particularly committed to the Wedding district, where we work with elementary school, daycare centers and other local partners to carry out projects that also address and involve the neighborhood. A particular focus here is on dance-artistic support for various life transitions.
The socio-cultural formats of the LUNA PARK e.V. initiative facilitate access to cultural participation and creative spaces for personal development in a socio-economically challenged area. With the “Kiez in Bewegung / Berlin” project, the formats are to be bundled into a socially innovative model project that demonstrates how cultural education can be permanently added to the traditional educational landscape. With the help of networked, evaluated dance and theater offerings, it strengthens educational justice and marginalized groups, both locally in the Badstraße neighbourhood and as a nationally relevant example.
To support our team and in particular the described focus of work, we are looking for a project assistant in the field of dance and theater pedagogy / research assistant (m/f/d) in part-time (62.5% or 25 hours per week), initially limited until 31.10.2026.
