In addition to our educational programs in dance and theater, these projects include the international exchange program for young dancers and choreographers “How to dance in times of crisis?” (since 2016), the EU volunteer project “Dance Encounters” (since 2019) and numerous cooperation projects with other socially engaged actors in children and youth education and internships in the fields of dance and theater education, costume design, theater technology and project management. With the current project “We’re going online!” (2020/21), the LUNA PARK initiative supports students of the Gesundbrunnen Elementary School from socially disadvantaged backgrounds, whose participation in education and social life is additionally endangered by the Corona-related restrictions, by providing laptops and promoting their skills within the framework of regular online courses on a variety of topics.
